She has been a Realtor since 2009. Edgar Real Estate was where she made her home and then Edgar became Coldwell Banker Preferred. She has worked with many types of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. She enjoys every aspect of a transaction from the fun part of looking at homes to the paperwork and follow up with all parties in a transaction all the way to settlement. She believes that customer service and kindness are the keystone of her business. She will be more than happy to help you with your real estate needs.

Karen grew up in Cinnaminson and has been a resident of Moorestown since 1999. A graduate of Westfield Friends School and Cinnaminson High School, she went to Penn State University where she graduated with Honors in English. In college, she was active in her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, and in Sigma Pi Fraternity as a little sister both with philanthropic projects. Karen also had a legal internship at a law firm in Washington, DC during college.

After graduating, Karen came back to Moorestown to become part of The Gamut, a family owned gift shop and stationary store for 17 of the 25 years that the store was in Moorestown. At The Gamut she learned all aspects of running a small business. During this time she also developed a talent in the art of calligraphy.

Voluntarism is important to Karen. She is currently a sustaining member of The Junior League of Philadelphia. There she worked on several committees, including the Alice Paul committee in Mt.Laurel to help under privileged children; the Barclay Farm Museum Committee to develop a children’s tour, as well as various in-house committees. Prior to the JLP, she was one of the original members of Cooper Hospital’s Town & Country Auxiliary of which she was secretary, vice president and then became president. Currently, Karen is a member of the Moorestown Home & School Association. She was a lifelong member of The Riverton Country Club, and as a result, established many lifelong friendships. On a personal note she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, traveling, cooking and recipe hunting!
